Real Estate Pre-licensing Classes

Our LARA-approved 40-hour real estate pre-licensing classes contain all of the information you  need to pass the real estate exam and get a head start in your career. Not every pre-licensing course is the same. Real Estate Continuing Education Classes

Realtors in Michigan area required to take 18 hours of continuing education (CE) courses in a 3 year renewal period. Each of our continuing education classes are designed to meet the 6-hour credit requirement. Some students prefer to take one 6-hour class each year, while others prefer to complete two or three classes in a year. In-Person Realtor Classes

Our in-person classes are offered in two formats; 1-week accelerated daytime and, 5-week evening classes. The course includes the textbook, practice questions, and test-taking strategies.

Online Webinar Realtor Classes

Our online webinar classes are taught live our expert instructors. They follow a similar format and schedule to our in-person classes and allow students to ask questions during the class. These classes also include the same materials as the in-person classes.

Self-Paced Online Realtor Classes

Many online classes nowadays follow a read-quiz format, our online self-paced courses are fully narrated and engaging. We focus on a positive learning experience and natural information retention techniques that keep the student engaged throughout the course. Our self-paced classes include the 42-page Real Estate Exam Prep Study Tool that students can use as a workbook.
