This is the third of three 30-hour courses needed to complete the 90-hour broker license education requirement. It is the only advanced course of its kind available to real to estate professionals. It instructs future real estate brokers in creating or upgrading the most important risk management tool for a brokerage operation. Learn how to integrate a customized policy and procedures manual into a brokerage practice. The program also stresses the importance of training affiliated licensees and staff to adhere to the new policy and procedures manual. A certificate is issued after successful completion of the course.

1 day per week for 4 weeks
