Learn contract law from an attorney's perspective. Discover how to apply these enhanced skills as a broker or manager to the benefit of all brokerage affiliated licensees. This course also delivers all required nine hours of fair housing training with emphasis on both the constitutional and practical side of this essential subject. A certificate is issued after successful completion of the course.
