This is the second of three 30-hour courses needed to complete the 90-hour broker license education requirement. This advanced real estate course is the only one of its kind that instructs real estate professionals how build and enhance skills in reading, understanding, and interpreting real estate contracts and forms. Learn contract law from an attorney's perspective. Discover how to apply these enhanced skills as a broker or manager to the benefit of all brokerage affiliated licensees. This course also delivers all required nine hours of fair housing training with emphasis on both the constitutional and practical side of this essential subject. A certificate is issued after successful completion of the course.
