Builder License Training Classes

60 statutory hours (consisting of two, 30-hour segments)
State Course Code: DP203
Fee: $435 per segment (textbooks included)

This comprehensive program delivers the information you need to pass the Michigan residential builder license exam and serve the public as a successful residential builder. All topics listed on the PSI Content Outline are thoroughly discussed in understandable terms. Both 30-hour segments include Michigan's most comprehensive and up-to-date books. They include ample practice exams and diagnostics, exam-taking strategies, and helpful examples. If you are looking for the most complete and up-to-date test preparation program, look no further. A certificate is issued after completing all 60 hours (Segment I and II).

Formats available for each segment:

Two evenings per week: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. for 5 weeks
