You completed NCI’s pre-license training and now its time for the final push to the state exam. This fast-paced, information-packed program delivers a condensed, yet comprehensive review of the topics likely to appear on the Michigan real estate salesperson and broker licensing exam. It is the perfect compliment to NCI’s industry-leading license preparation programs. Invest a few hours with a member of the NCI Instructional Team and build your confidence before taking the state exam. Students from other schools are welcome and can also benefit from this excellent review.

1-day: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Saturdays)

Course Materials

A handout is provided that contains an outline listing the topic titles likely to appear on the state exam. It is also geared to the PSI Content Outline. You should go over your course materials before attending this review. (NCI students can simply refer to Michigan Real Estate Law & Practice–Test Prep Outline & Glossary since it was designed for this purpose.) The instructor does not re-teach the subject matter, but will review the bullet-points of many key topics.
